Yes. You will receive an email notifying you when your membership is approaching renewal. You will be charged for another year on the same date as your original purchase.

Yes. Each month your membership payment will be processed on the same date as your original purchase, eg: If you sign up on the 3rd of March, you will be charged again on the 3rd of April.

Yes. If you feel you need to temporarily pause your membership for any reason eg: kids school breaks, vacations or other work commitments, please fill out the form below.

Note: You will have access to the Look Up Tools for the remainder of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged during your paused month/s or  billing cycle/s.

Your membership will  automatically re-activate after your pause has expired.

If you wish to cancel your Membership please follow the below instructions:

• Log in to your Kajabi account.
• Click on your Avatar from the page header.
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
• Select the 3 little dots on the LUT Membership under Active Subscriptions.
• If you paid by card, click "Cancel this subscription".
• If you paid by PayPal click "Cancel on PayPal"

You will then be redirected to your PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.

• Click Payments in the top menu.
• Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
• Select the merchant whose agreement they want to cancel in the left sidebar.
• Click the Cancel button.
• Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments. 

Once confirmed, your subscription payments will be deactivated and you will lose access to your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. 

You can view your canceled subscription and access end date in your Billing Information.

Terms and Conditions for Look Up Tool (LUT) Membership

1. Payment and Subscription

1.1. By subscribing to our LUT Membership, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected subscription plan. Payment is non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

1.2. Yearly Membership plans offer reduced rates in exchange for a commitment to a one-year subscription. Monthly plans offer the flexibility of a month-to-month subscription.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. You have the right to cancel your subscription renewal before the specified renewal date by following the provided cancellation instructions in the FAQ above.

2.2. Refunds will not be issued for completed transactions, including Yearly Membership subscriptions. Refunds are not an option once the transaction is complete. Our Yearly Membership option provides a reduced rate in exchange for committing to a year of service. If you wish to cancel your subscription before renewal instructions for doing are provided in FAQ above.

3. Access and Usage

3.1. Access to the LUT services is granted upon successful subscription payment. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your login credentials to another user.

3.2. Sharing login credentials or attempting to transfer access to another user may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Security and Data

4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to [email protected]

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights related to our LUT Membership, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Paper Lark Pty Ltd.

5.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or software without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

6.1. Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to our services at our discretion if you violate these terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
